2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

Are legal residents of the State of Georgia\n
Are 18 years of age or older\n
Own or occupy a residential property eligible for lawn maintenance
Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Sponsor

Commercial properties are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on March 1st, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER (FREE ENTRY)

No purchase is required to enter or win.

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form below:

Limit one (1) base entry per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Each household must submit a quote request or schedule service
Earn three (3) additional bonus entries once verified

✅ Existing Customer Bonus

Confirm current contact information via the entry form

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Referrals must be new customers\n
Households must be unique\n
No limit on referral bonus entries
Bonus actions are optional and not required to win

6. PRIZE

One (1) Winner will receive:

🎉 One (1) Year of FREE Biweekly Lawn Maintenance

Residential service only
Biweekly mowing and standard maintenance
Service duration: up to 12 consecutive months\n
Maximum prize value: $1,900\n

EXCLUSIONS

The prize does not include:

Leaf cleanups or seasonal cleanups
Mulch or pine straw installation
Landscaping installations
Heavy shrub trimming beyond routine maintenance
Services outside Sponsor’s standard maintenance scope

Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used at the winning residential property.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about April 1st, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone.

If the selected winner:

Does not respond within 72 hours, or
Is determined to be ineligible,

An alternate winner may be selected.

9. CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

By entering, participants agree to:

Be bound by these Official Rules
Release Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize use

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Verify eligibility
Disqualify fraudulent entries
Modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances require

10. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name,

city, and before/after lawn photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used solely for:

Sweepstakes administration
Tyscape marketing and customer communications

Participant information will not be sold or shared.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
